All international shipments must be sent with FedEx, the Norwegian Post (Bring) does not ship jewelry abroad, whether as a letter, 
registered mail or parcel.

FedEx is safe and reliable, but the jewelry must first be sent to FedEx at the airport Gardermoen/Oslo by post. 
Experience has shown that your packagewill take up to three weeks to arrive in Central Europe.

Your package will be subsequently declared by FedEx upon arrival in the country of destination and the currently valid VAT
will be charged in each case. 

When we ship your goods abroad all prices are without norwegian VAT which for the moment (01.03.2025) is 25%. 
According to the latest EU directive, absolutely all shipments from abroad must be declared and VAT must be calculated
in your country.

The allowances and limits that used to be common before have been abolished.

In addition to VAT, your country's customs fees may apply, which FedEx will calculate for you together with the VAT 
and collect upon delivery.

The shipment therefore no longer has to go through customs and the entire customs processing is therefore very fast.

We do not ship goods to Svalbard or Jan Mayen.

It is not allowed anymore to sendt knives abroad by FedEx or Post from Norway.
